13 October 2008 Hi Melanie, I just wanted to let you know that Eli is doing well. SAR training has been started in earnest and the little man is doing well. At home, Eli is the Darling of the house (as are all the other dogs) and everybody but the cats love him. Things are getting better on the cat front, but very slowly. Eli is my pride and joy when we're out in public, his manners around strangers are impeccable; he has yet to embarrass me when meeting people strangers or otherwise. The little man isn't so little anymore, he's up to 60 pounds and gaining steadily. Thanks again for choosing Eli for me, he's turning out to be all I wanted out of a dog (maybe even a little bit more).Marc
27 December 2007 Hi Melanie, Colonel is doing just fine. He’s very spoiled of course, but we had expected him to become quite a pampered pooch. He is so EASY to train. He is very obedient and a pure pleasure to have in the house. He is not destructive, or dirty. I have never seen a dog so gentle either. He loves to cuddle still and he is very affectionate. In short….we LOVE him. Our daughter had a baby girl in September and he is very good around her too. We hope you enjoy your Christmas with your new bundle of joy as well! ShaunaJ
Thank you Melanie & Peter for our Cobe. She is a wonderful dog. She has been easy to train and is very loyal. She's great at walking off leash beside me but we're
still WORKING on our recall when she's not a heal. lol
This is our second German Shepherd from Stalworth Kennels and we couldn't be happier. We absolutely love Jaxon & Cobe. We are trying not to look at your litters
online because Marino and I would love to keep adding to our pack.

Adara came to me on May 2nd 2007. She is everything you've explained, and a whole lot more. Thank you so much for putting your trust in me. That really means a lot!
She strives to work, and please the handler. No matter who it is. I love her so much. My goals with her are to build what you've started and promote her later on after title and certificates
are reached. I will promote her in parades and within our society public functions. I think learning German was a great thing, and is so important to her training and progression.
I plan to title her in Obedience, Tracking and Certify her in Ground Search and Rescue. My motivation is non-stoppable and so is Adara. She is keen and very explorative. She is a natural indicator and has excellent drives and endurance. That said with a little help on my end Adara could go all day. She loves her job, and has excellent lines to back that up. So thank you so much Peter and Melanie for making this all happen for me......... CLICK HERE to continue reading!

When our daughter Julia fostered Bentley von Stalworth along with his brother Baron von Stalworth and Jax, my husband and I fell in love with his gentle and sensitive nature. We used to have a wonderful black lab called Meeka and since her death we have always wanted to get another dog but wanted to wait until we were retired and at home all day in order to raise a puppy. Bentley now lives with us and he is a great addition to our family. The cats, Tucker (tabby) and Cally (black) were a little apprehensive at first but now they sleep with Bentley in the sunshine as it comes through the patio door.
Bentley goes with me for walks everyday and encounters the deer, wild turkeys, squirrels and people in the neighbourhood. In the morning, he waits with the neighbours kids and
me for the school bus. He enjoys relaxing on the couch watching TV or observing the wildlife outside in the backyard. He best location is at night in our king size bed when the entire
pack is there: 2 cats, 2 people and Bentley. He is a bit shy with people but hopefully he will get more confident as he meets more of our friends.
Thanks, Diane and Fred.
Hi Melanie Sonic is doing great around the kids, baby Shannon really likes him. He's a very gentle dog. He and Helix play fight alot and share thier food bowls. Take care,

June 2006;
After losing our beautiful German Shepherd last year and our childlike Bulldog this May, I was adamant never to get another dog, my husband on the other hand, so missed this part of our unit that I finally and reluctantly relented and the search was on.
After many hours of visiting kennels, talking with people on the street, and following up referrals, my husband took to the internet
and came upon Stalworth Kennels and as luck would have it, a photo of our precious Little Gesi, who was for sale. Being the skeptic that I am I did not relish a 6 hour drive, yet what peaked my
interest was both the description of the dogs temperament and the quote on Stalworth Kennels webpage......... CLICK HERE to ready Little Gesi's biography.
May 2006; We, Lydia and Manuel, had lost our beautiful German Shepherd (GS), Marena, to a congenital kidney disorder at the age of only four. When we said that we wanted to get another GS, our former obedience trainer suggested we look for breeders of European working dogs, because we would have a better chance of finding a sound specimen. Lydia scoured the literature and searched the net, and came up with Stalworth Kennels, one that appeared to be a model kennel and one that had suitable available pups and young dogs. Lydia fell in love with 16-week old Bretta on the Stalworth website, while Manuel was more tentative. We arranged to visit the kennel near Cornwall, found that it was exactly as described on the website, and we liked what we saw. After a pleasant and informative seven-hour visit with the Woolley family and their dogs, we decided to bring Bretta von Stalworth home, armed with lots of good advice and information......... Dear Melanie,
I wanted to write to express my deepest thanks for everything you have done for us. As you know, I was directed to you through one of my co-workers. Chris and I had been looking for
a breeder for months, and were disappointed in what we found. Until we found Stalworth Kennels of course!
You were polite, prompt, informed, and accommodating. We must have driven you crazy with all of our questions, and requests. We wanted to make sure that we were going to get a
healthy pup, that would be raised lovingly and responsibly by the breeder until we could bring him home. You let us into your home, and were very forthcoming with information about yourself and
your business. This brought us great comfort.......... CLICK HERE to read

November 2005; Hi Mel Here's some updated pictures of Jaxon at 9 months old. He is doing amazing! We get stopped almost daily on the street frequently by people commenting on how handsome he is. We are thrilled with how well his obedience training is going and hope to have him ready for some trials in June. His retrieval, stay and recall are outstanding. Thanks for such a wonderful dog, we absolutely adore him, as does his buddy Zoom. Sherry

October 2005; Dear Melanie and Peter, It took us well over four months to locate a solid black female with a Czech background. The assistance of Robin Winter of Narnia kennels
made this possible. Once we researched the pedigree we were extremely pleased because it was evident that your intent was to breed
superior working dogs intended for search and rescue, police work, Schutzhund…etc. This was exactly what we were looking for. When we received our 8 week old German Shepherd puppy (Mia) from your
July 28 litter, she had high drive and an outstanding temperament just as you indicated. To date, Mia’s health has been excellent! She seems to have nerves of steel partly because she was exposed to
many different noises at your kennel. We also wanted her to be excellent with children and thanks to you exposing her to children, she is very outgoing and friendly. We intend to have Mia trained in
Search and Rescue and Bomb Detection. We also hope to get involved in Schutzhund training.
