Boarding Kennel ** We offer boarding services to our puppy or dog families as well as to existing clients. ** Our boarding facility is located just outside the rural community of Apple Hill. Our farm gives easy access to an extensive variety of beautiful country terrains. Privately situated on 83 acres our facility is well set back from the road. A network of groomed hiking trails provides for lovely scenic walks and quality exercise time for the dogs. The property also includes a large fish pond to which we often take the dogs to cool off during the hot summer months. The kennel facility offers a mix of indoor and outdoor runs. Typically boarding dogs are housed indoors and are then brought outside on a rotating basis to ensure that each dog receives outdoor time for play several times a day. Dogs may be walked individually or as part of a group depending upon the sociability of the individual dogs involved. Dogs receive daily hands on attention and complimentary grooming* while they are residing at our farm. In order to assist your dog(s) keep his/her stress level to a minimum while he is away from his family we ask that you provide us with his regular food rations and if possible a favourite toy or blanket. This will help him to feel more at home while enjoying his stay at our farm. Dogs must be accompanied by veterinary documents verifying that the dogs are in good health and are up to date on all vaccinations. Vaccinations must include protection against Parvo-virus and "kennel cough".
We are located approximately 15 minutes north of Cornwall and 45 minutes south of Ottawa in the township of South Glengarry.
HOURS: For the safety of our dogs and that of our clients we require that all visitation to our kennel facility be scheduled by appointment only. Morning: 09:00 - 11:00 hrs Evening: 18:00 - 20:00 hrs
FEES: Standard Daily Rate: $15 per day
