Dear Melanie,
I wanted to write to express my deepest thanks for everything you have done for us. As you know, I was directed to you through one of my co-workers. Chris and I had been looking for
a breeder for months, and were disappointed in what we found. Until we found Stalworth Kennels of course!
You were polite, prompt, informed, and accommodating. We must have driven you crazy with all of our questions, and requests. We wanted to make sure that we were going to get a
healthy pup, that would be raised lovingly and responsibly by the breeder until we could bring him home. You let us into your home, and were very forthcoming with information about yourself and
your business. This brought us great comfort.
During our initial discussions, we ended up with a pup (Jax) on short notice. She wasn't planned, but we took her in and love her very much. It made things a little more complicated
though. It also brought up many questions about training, introducing a second puppy to the household, what to feed the puppies, etc. We hadn't even purchased one of your puppies yet, and you
helped us raise Jax. No words can express how much that meant to us.
Once we decided to purchase, you sent updates and pictures of the litter, and paired us with an adorable pup (Baron Von Stalworth). We came to visit the farm and meet the puppies
and your family. It was a wonderful experience, and you and your family were very hospitable. We truly felt more like friends than customers.
Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to request that we pick up Baron a little later than the usual eight week mark. You were able to accommodate us without question. It took much
stress off our shoulders at that time.
Finally, Baron came home. You gave him a warm send-off, and have kept in touch. It is reassuring to know that we can always contact you with questions regarding his care even now.
The package we took home with us was truly appreciated. His medical records are clear and thorough. I was amazed at how much care Baron received before we even brought him home. Also, the
supplements are great. We've even seen improvements in Jax!
If you've read this far, then you've probably figured out that Chris and I are extremely satisfied with the experience, and our new member of the family. He is an intelligent,
healthy, sturdy, and playful little boy. He has adjusted well to his new home, and brings us a lot of laughs and joy every day. We are sincerely grateful, and always tell people who are looking
for a new pup of their own to check out your website.
